These documents are provided by the individual who operates the SquirReels platform (the “Operator”). By using SquirReels, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these documents and agree to be bound by them.

- You are solely liable for your content. The Operator does not monitor all user content and accepts no responsibility for it.
1.4 Conduct Rules
- Treat all users with respect. Harassment, hate, or threats are prohibited.
- Spam, scams, or repetitive self‑promotion are not allowed.
- Illegal activities, including the promotion of violence or piracy, are forbidden.
1.5 NSFW (Not Safe For Work) Content
- Mature content (e.g., nudity, sexual themes, graphic violence) must be clearly flagged as NSFW.
- Users can choose whether to view NSFW content; unflagged mature content may be removed.
- Absolutely no content involving minors, non‑consensual acts, or exploitation is permitted.
1.6 Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform.
- You agree to indemnify and hold the Operator harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your content or your breach of these Terms.
1.7 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute will be resolved in a competent forum selected by the Operator.

The Operator may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3.2 Be Respectful
- Engage politely. Harassment, hate speech, or threats will result in removal.
- Provide constructive feedback—focus on ideas, not individuals.
3.3 Content Rules
- Post only links to content you own.
- Label mature material as NSFW.
- Do not share personal information of others without consent.
- No plagiarism, illegal content, or spam.
3.4 Reporting
If you encounter content or behavior that violates these Guidelines, use the report feature or email support@squirreels.com. The Operator may remove content or accounts at discretion.
3.5 Enforcement
